When you subscribe to NeuroCalm AI, you aren’t renting software — you are making a small, deliberate investment in your own peace of mind. That intention is part of how the work works. Research in behavioral therapy is clear: the people who commit, show up. The people who leave the door open, drift away.
For this reason, and because of how our privacy-first architecture is built, all payments made on NeuroCalm AI are final and non-refundable. We want you to be certain before you begin — and we’ve made that easy.

Your data never leaves
Because all AI processing happens on your device, there is no cloud subscription on our side to “cancel and reverse.”

1. Our no-refund policy
All purchases of NeuroCalm AI premium subscriptions, lifetime plans, and in-app add-ons are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment through our payment partner (Razorpay), you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product, understood what is included, and are making an informed decision to proceed.
2. Why we’ve chosen this approach
This policy is not about rigidity — it is about protecting the experience for every user, including you:
- Privacy by architecture. NeuroCalm AI runs entirely on your device. We do not maintain per-user cloud infrastructure that can be “rolled back” after purchase. Your entitlement is delivered the moment you pay.
- The free tier is genuinely generous. You can use the guided check-in, text journal, panic mode, and sleep mode without paying a rupee. This exists so you know what you are buying before you buy it.
- Commitment is therapeutic. Cognitive behavioral work requires follow-through. A committed decision to invest in your wellness is part of the outcome we’re optimizing for.
- We keep prices fair. Because we don’t absorb refund overhead, we can offer NeuroCalm AI at a price most users in India can afford.
3. Before you purchase — please confirm
We ask every user to confirm the following before checkout:
- You have tried the free tier and understand the experience.
- You have read the feature list and pricing for the plan you’re choosing.
- You understand that NeuroCalm AI is a wellness tool and not a substitute for professional medical care.
- You accept that all payments are final and that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after a successful transaction.
4. Exceptions we do honour
While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, we will always act in good faith in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges. If Razorpay charges you twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be reversed.
- Failed delivery. If your payment succeeded but the premium entitlement was never unlocked on your device, we will either unlock it or reverse the charge.
- Unauthorized transactions. If your card or UPI account was used without your consent and you raise a dispute through your bank/Razorpay within 7 days, we will cooperate fully with the investigation.
These exceptions require written proof (transaction ID, bank statement excerpt, device details) and must be reported within 7 days of the transaction via workmailkartikeya@gmail.com.
5. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — it does not refund the current paid period, which remains active until its natural end date. You will continue to enjoy full premium access until that date.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved in under 24 hours by a single email. Unjustified chargebacks will be contested with Razorpay using transaction logs, device entitlement records, and your acceptance of this policy at checkout.
7. How to contact us
